Our Team

Cherrie was born in Las Vegas, NV, and was raised in California where she married her high school sweetheart. Cherrie has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She relocated from Yucaipa, CA, to Lake Havasu City, AZ, in 1997 with her husband and their cats.

Having six years of prior experience as a dental assistant in California, she immediately answered an ad for employment for Dr. Carver’s office when settled in Lake Havasu. She started where she left off in California as a dental assistant. In 2000, an opportunity arose for a front office position. She has assumed the role as the face of the front office ever since and loves what she does.

In 2000, Cherrie and her husband welcomed their daughter into the world. Their daughter graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Sonography in 2023. Cherrie loves spending time with family and friends, especially lounging by the pool or on the lake. Listening to books, cooking and DYI projects are some of her favorite activities.

Lisa Turner attended dental assisting school in Southern California and earned her RDA license in 1998. She and her husband moved to Lake Havasu in 2019. Her husband is a retired motorcycle police officer and now fabricates BMX bikes.

Lisa is a breast cancer survivor. She has a passion for many causes, especially breast cancer. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors boating, off roading and spending quality time with her two fur babies and family.

Corrie graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. While attending the University, she met Jeff, and they were married and moved to Lake Havasu City to start their dental careers in 1994.

Over her 30-year career as a hygienist, Corrie has loved getting to know her patients, while providing them with compassion and thorough dental cleanings.

The greatest blessings in her life are her two children, Caden and Aubrie. She loves spending time with them and her two Frenchie grand dogs.

Makenna Harris has been in the dental field for 10 years. After four years as a dental assistant, she went back to receive her degree in Dental Hygiene at Mohave Community College where she now teaches as a clinical instructor. She is very dedicated and enthusiastic about dentistry and loves educating her patients to help them achieve their best oral and overall health, as well as forming great relationships with them.

Her favorite place to be is anywhere with her husband and their son. She enjoys watching Supercross, being out on the water and random trips to Disney.

Donna grew up in California, and worked as an administrative assistant for sales and marketing teams for 15 years. Deciding to change her career path, Donna received her degree in Dental Hygiene at Costal Bend Community College, Beville, TX, in 2000 at the age of 40. She relocated to Lake Tapps, WA, south of Seattle, where she practiced dental hygiene for 18 years. In 2019, Donna moved to Lake Havasu with her husband and her precious five fur babies in 2019.

Donna is devoted to developing great patient relationships, providing excellent patient care, as well as teaching her patients about proper dental health and oral hygiene to achieve their best overall oral health.

She is passionate about staying fit, hitting the gym regularly. Loving the great outdoors, she enjoys hiking, biking, paddle boarding, boating and RVing/glamping.

Marylou earned her Dental Assistant Certification at Bryman Vocational College. After graduating in 1991, she landed a job at Western Dental for three years and pursued her RDA license while working for Western Dental. Marylou started chair side assisting for Dr. Carver in August 1995. Her favorite part of dentistry is working with a great doctor and team that provides excellent care of each patient.

In 1994, Marylou married her high school sweetheart and relocated to Lake Havasu City from Riverside, CA. She is blessed with three amazing sons and one beautiful granddaughter. In Marylou’s spare time, she loves going to church, and hanging out with family and friends. She especially enjoys escaping to Las Vegas to see her granddaughter.

Alejandra moved to Lake Havasu city in 2004. Ten years later she married her high school sweetheart. In 2014, Alejandra moved to Jacksonville, NC, where she attended Coastal Carolina Community College and earned her COA certification. Soon after graduating the program in 2017, she moved to Bullhead, AZ, and obtained employment at an oral maxillofacial surgeon’s office, in which she got the opportunity to gain experience and worked there for three years.

After returning to Lake Havasu, Alejandra and her husband had two children, the greatest blessings in their lives. Alejandra enjoys spending time with her family and devoting time to church. Some of her hobbies include arts and crafts, and watching baseball and TV shows.
